7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you can request a return or exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The issue is reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • The return reason is one of the following:

    • Damaged or leaked product upon delivery

    • Wrong item delivered

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Change of mind after opening the product

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Our customer support team will verify your request and guide you through the process.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange Process

For eligible exchanges, we will ship the replacement product after verifying the issue. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll provide an alternative option or issue a refund.
